He personally guides each participant from home search through transformation, often securing discounts and orchestrating renovations that make ownership affordable.

Louay brings experience across several areas—including financial advising, mortgage services, real estate, and general wealth-planning considerations—which allows him to view a client’s situation from multiple angles. This broad perspective can help women better understand how the home-buying process may interact with their overall financial picture.
In his mortgage work, Louay evaluates available options and helps clients understand potential strategies that may align with their goals and financial circumstances. His approach emphasizes education, clarity, and informed decision-making. By integrating his knowledge of lending guidelines, market dynamics, and transaction structure, he aims to support clients as they navigate important choices related to costs, equity considerations, and long-term planning.

Though our organization is not religious, we deeply acknowledge the power of faith--in the universe, in goodness, and in the human spirit-- to transform lives. Joyce embodies that belief through her steady guidance and deep commitment to the mission. Her meticulous oversight ensures every dollar entrusted to Her First Home is used with care, transparency and purpose. Above all, Joyce shares a genuine love for empowering women to create homes and futures of their own.

Stacy combines deep market knowledge with a genuine passion for empowering women through homeownership. She listens carefully to each woman’s story, understanding her needs, goals, and dreams before ever showing a property. She has a remarkable ability to identify opportunities, challenge inflated prices, and negotiate thousands of dollars in savings for our buyers. Marti was one of the first women to complete her journey with Her First Home. After transforming her home and learning hands-on remodeling skills, she now inspires others to begin their own journey toward homeownership with confidence and creativity.

Sergei joined Her First Home after seeing firsthand how transforative home ownership can be for women who've faced financial or personal challenges. With more than twenty years in residential construction and remodeling, he brings practical insight and creative problem-solving to every project. He supports the mission not only through technical guidance, but through discounted services for every woman in the program. He believes empowerment comes from understanding and participation and he takes pride in helping each women gain the confidence that comes from transforming her own space.
