How Far Your Dollar Goes

Because of the way our program is structured, your dollar goes significantly further here than it would in a typical remodeling project:

All contractor services are provided at significantly discounted rates to maximize impact.

Sponsoring a portion of Sheri’s remodel

Every vendor partnership provides deep discounts on materials — from paint and flooring to lighting, fixtures, and hardware — often saving 20% or more per project.

Many hours of labor and professional expertise are donated by volunteers who want to make a tangible impact in women’s lives.

We actively negotiate with suppliers and pursue additional vendor discounts to further reduce costs and stretch every donor dollar even farther.

Each woman’s remodeling budget is carefully tracked, so contributions are used efficiently and transparently.

The result? A single donation or small loan doesn’t just help — it transforms. It closes the gap between “almost there” and “home.”

Ways to Support

Provide Vendor Partnerships

Donate or discount paint, flooring, lighting, hardware, and other remodeling materials. Your contribution directly transforms a house into a home while keeping remodeling costs affordable.

Sponsor Closing Costs or Down Payments

Even modest donations can relieve a tremendous burden. Closing costs often run between $6,000 and $10,000 — and every dollar helps bring a woman closer to her keys.

Offer Material Loans or Low-Interest Financing

Help fund necessary remodeling projects through small, secured loans — typically $10,000 to $15,000 — so a woman can move forward while repaying at a low 1–2 percent interest rate.

Become a Community Impact Lender

We welcome individuals and institutions who can underwrite larger renovation loans or sponsor entire home projects. These loans are repaid with integrity and tracked transparently.
